Pick-up orders

For all orders being placed for pick-up, all purchases must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.

For example:

Monday order - minimum Wednesday pick up

Friday order - minimum Monday pick up

Saturday pick-ups by special request only - please add in checkout notes for approval.

Failure to do so may result in a cancellation of your order. All web shop orders may be picked up M-F from 9:00am-4:00pm at Camarillo Flower Shop & Gifts.

Pick-up date will be added in the PICK-UP/ORDER NOTES box at checkout.

If you would like to specify the occasion & color/flower preference, add notes at checkout under Pick-up/Order notes.

Upon pick-up, you will head to the flower cooler on your right upon entrance to the shop and look for the Violet Sundays tag with your name on it. Feel free to shop around as CFS&G has many wonderful products.

Return Policy

Because fresh florals are delicate and need proper care, we guarantee your arrangement will last a minimum of 48 hours from the moment of pickup, provided it receives appropriate attention. The care your flowers receive directly impacts their lifespan!

If you're not satisfied with the longevity of your flowers, please contact us at contact@violetsundays.com within 48 hours of your pickup. Be sure to include a detailed description of the issue and photos of your flowers. If we confirm a quality issue, we'll gladly exchange your arrangement for a new one. Please note, we do not offer refunds.

Our unique "Designer's Choice" approach allows us to create stunning, one-of-a-kind arrangements using the freshest and most interesting seasonal blooms available. This means we don't offer replacements or refunds based on personal preferences for specific colors or flower types. We understand this style isn't for everyone, but it's how we ensure you receive truly special and artistic floral designs.
